I live in Downingtown with two dogs who have zero respect for my work schedule, and I still get my hands dirty on complex rebuilds because I don’t trust anyone else to explain the photo record to a customer the way I’d want it explained to me.

She lives in East Brandywine Township, grew up in a house with a wood stove she was never allowed to load, and still finds time to coach youth softball on spring evenings.
Jake P., Apprentice Technician
Jake joined us in 2023 after two years of general construction work that left him bored and his knees prematurely sore. He’s working through CSIA certification now, shadowing Marcus on inspections and learning to run the camera rig. Jake’s specialty so far is spotting bird’s nest debris in flues - he’s got the eye and the arm length for it.
